Dr. Tracy Verrico is a board-certified OB-GYN, hormonal health expert, wealth educator, and self-made real estate millionaire on a mission to elevate women’s health and wealth.

With over two decades of expertise, and thousands of women served, she has pioneered leading-edge, evidence-based care at the intersection of conventional and functional medicine. Known for her compassion and genuine care, combined with deep knowledge and extensive medical training, she founded Bona Dea Gynecology (named after the Roman Goddess of Fertility), to offer integrative gynecological care that uncovers the root of women’s health concerns, rather than treating only symptoms.

She often meets women who have been dismissed by a broken system—rushed through five-minute visits and handed generic advice. They felt unheard, confused by all the misinformation, and powerless.

She also noticed another startling trend among her patients—a lack of financial literacy, even among the most educated. They struggled with financial literacy because they were afraid to ask for help, ashamed and embarrassed about their lack of knowledge, or already overwhelmed by the demands of work, family, and life.

Both their health and wealth were the last priority.

Fueled by her passion for women’s health, and her personal experiences with health and financial stress and overwhelm, Dr. Verrico decided to act and embarked on a mission to bridge this critical gap.

In 2024, she released her financial literacy course What Wealthy Women Know and membership The Wise Wealthy Women Collective, an online virtual course and membership to empower women to gain confidence in financial basics, receive accountability structures and partnership, and access guest experts and advisors.

In early 2025, she launched her Defy Menopause: Own the Change Membership, designed to help women filter the hype and misinformation, take charge of their hormones, advocate for their health, and navigate this revolutionary stage with ease.

After seeing too many physicians—including herself—earning high incomes but feeling overworked and building little true wealth, she introduced What Wealthy Doctors Know, an immersive program to help physicians recognize and avoid the most common financial mistakes, unhook their dollar from their hour, and build generational wealth—all while continuing to make a meaningful impact in medicine.

Rooted in the belief that every woman deserves to be heard, Dr. Verrico speaks internationally about the inextricable link between a woman's health and wealth and how investing in both elevates not only individual lives but the collective.
